Ness Basketball President's Day Clinic

Our President's Day Skills Clinic is the perfect way to spend the day off and help your athlete improve their basketball skills!

The clinic will begin at 9 AM and go until noon

Who: Boys and Girls Ages 7-15

Where: Tilden Middle School

Your athlete will learn:

1) Correct Shooting form and technique

2) Defensive footwork

3) Handling the Basketball effectively while on the move

4) Finishing at the basket with contact

Basketball Clinic Schedule:

9-9:15 Drop Off/Shoot around

9:15-9:30 Introduction + Warm up

9:30-10:00 AM Ballhandling series

10:05 - 11:00 Skill Stations (Shooting, Footwork/Defense, Finishing)

11-11:50 Competition (1 0n 1, 2 on 2, small sided games etc)

Noon Pick up time
